    its in souq wagif qatar not kuwait...the owner of the resturant is the amir of qatar :) i had lunch there last yr..very nice..u eat on the floor in the semi square rooms shown in the pics..souq wagif malhm is reconstructed like the solidare in beirut to be full of cafes and resturants and there is a boutique trendy hotel too..soo orginal..they have flkolore dances there every thur night i heard..so fun
